ข้อมูลที่เก็บในเครื่อง

Privacy Policy
PinKeep records the locations of boundary pins, land, homes, shops, trees and items, with photos, voice notes and details. Everything you save is stored only on your device. We run no server that receives your data; there are no user accounts, no ads and no analytics.
Permissions and why they are needed

Photos are taken with the phone's camera app; PinKeep does not request the camera permission and only receives photos you take and accept.
Data stored on your device
Plot names, deed details you enter (deed number, location, area), deed photos, items you save, GPS coordinates, photos, voice notes and text notes. This data lives in the app's private storage; delete it by deleting items or plots in the app, or by uninstalling the app.
Backup — the in-app backup creates a file you save wherever you choose (for example your own Google Drive), and if Android backup is on, Android may back up the app's data to your own Google account. Both go to your own storage; we cannot access them.
When data leaves your device
- Reading a deed photo — only when you tap "Read details from deed photo", the app sends the deed photo(s) (at most two) to Google Cloud Vision to recognise the text, and fills the returned text into the app. Google processes it under the Google Cloud data processing terms We do not keep the photo or text anywhere. If you never tap this button, deed photos never leave the device.
- Voice typing — when you tap "Dictate", speech is converted to text by the phone's speech recognition service (for example Google) under that service's policy; the app only receives the resulting text.
- Only when you choose to — sending details or photos by LINE / email, sending a .pinkeep file to another user, or saving/sharing PDFs and photos sends them to the app or recipient you pick, under that service's policy. Files sent to other users leave out the deed number and deed photos unless you tick that option.
- Directions — tapping "Directions" or "Google Maps" opens Google Maps with that point's coordinates.
- Google Maps SDK — when a map is shown, Google's SDK sends technical data to Google, such as device model, OS version, IP address, SDK crash data and a pseudonymous SDK identifier, to provide the map service. See the Google Privacy Policy.
- Crash reports — if the app closes unexpectedly, next time it asks whether to send the details to the developer. If you choose to, an email opens for you to review first. It contains only the app version, phone model, Android version and where in the code the error happened — no land data, locations or photos.
- PinKeep Pro purchases — payments are handled by Google Play. The app only reads the purchase status from Google Play on the device to unlock Pro; it never receives card or payment details and sends no purchase data to any server of ours.
We do not sell or share your data with anyone.
PinKeep web app (iPhone and browsers) — pinkeepapp.com/app
- Storage — everything is stored in your browser's storage on your device (IndexedDB) and is never sent to us. Delete it by deleting items in the app or clearing this site's data in your browser settings.
- Location and compass — the browser asks for permission first. Used only when you tap to use your location, or while a page showing distance/compass is open; never in the background.
- Maps — map tiles load from Esri (satellite imagery) and OpenStreetMap. These providers see your IP address and the map area you view, under their own policies.
- App files — the app's files load from this website (Cloudflare) and libraries from cdnjs, which see your IP address as with any website.
- PinKeep Pro code — the code contains the name and email you gave when buying; it is stored on your device and checked on the device without being sent anywhere. When you buy, we keep your name, email and the payment proof you send, to issue the code and help if you change phones.
Children
This app is not directed at children under 13.
